Our annual Celebrate a Country day holiday came a little late this year due to triple travel and sickness. Usually it's in January but alas, this once, it got delayed until February. But such is life. I'm just happy we got it in! And this year we celebrated the country of Nepal!

Cheated this year and found a Nepalese restaurant and ordered some food form there. but hey, how great that we could support some Nepalese people in the process. ;)

It's always a fun time! This year we tried something new and just invited one other family so it was a more chill night but a good time!
Countries we've done in the past:
Italy, Laos, Botswana, Oman, Greenland, Belarus, Tahiti, Paraguay, Taiwan, Eritrea, Switzerland, Peru, Kazakhstan, and now Nepal! Where will be go next year....?
