Happy Birthday Rosie!

Happy 6th Birthday Rose! 

You are still the cutest little girl ever. You continue to be the sweetest ever as well. You're easy to be around for everyone! You're always looking out for Johnny and sharing things with others. You are easy going (usually) and go along with your older sisters' antics as well. All the kids want to be your friend because of these traits. You're fun, kind, sharing and playful! 

 

You love art! You love to trace things but you also do a really great job at following instructions for art projects. You love to create pictures and you're very proud of them. You've also been taking dance lessons and have loved those! You also took a lot of swimming lessons this past year and you became a whole new girl in the water! You started out scared to even go under and now you're an unstoppable little fish!

 

You do tend to worry a lot about things. At night you tell me your fears about house fires, or anyone you love dying. You get really worried about making a choice that you want to make but it might hurt someone's feelings. Like if Johnny wants a candy of yours and you know it's yours and you want it but you're worried about him getting sad. You ask me to help you figure out what to do and I love that you're learning how to set your own boundaries but still care about others. You have such a sweet heart that it's something you'll have to work at your whole life.

 

 

You've got a few admirers. And you even got engaged to one of those boys this year. 😅 These boys just love you. At a school event recently I couldn't find you and when I did you were sitting in a corner with a boy from your class, just giggling and chatting. You're going to be a heart breaker for sure! haha

 

You're also a bit of a mischievous sneak. You delight in getting away with sneaking candy and other nefarious things into your room.  You're also obsessed with building forts and things and you wont stop until it's perfect. And also, you just never stop in general. Once a fort is built then a million things from your room must be added to it. (And yes, there are probably a million things in your room.) You also love playing family board or card games and you're good at understanding them. You don't do well when you loose, but we're working on that. ;)

 

 

You also love all things girly. From dolls to tea parties, barbies to dress ups, princesses to lipstick. You like your hair to be curly or "poofy." And you've got quite the sense of style. Your love of animals also continues on- you love them all but still seem to be, above all else, a "dog person." We've also been reading some small chapter books together and that's been so fun! 

 

I can't say enough good things about you! We just love you so much! This past year when you graduated preschool, your teacher told me that you had such a special spirit about you and that she always felt light when you were in class. And I know that anyone who knows you would agree with that!

Oh good question. I want to be a vet, a restaurant girl, and a library girl, a school teacher, and I want to be a builder. And Fireman- I mean fire girl. (and a doctor, no wait a vet is a doctor so nevermind)

Thanksgiving!

Thanksgiving was super chill and fun this year! We stayed here in Utah and went to Buck's family's house for the big day. But first we had to make a few pies and such! Then we headed over. The kids played, we ate good food, we all played games, held baby Alonab, played some football, and stayed the night!
