Spring Color Festival

 Our neighborhood did a fun little color festival for the kids!

Service- Easter Baskets

 For our service this month we helped out my friend who gives away all these Easter baskets every spring in memory of her son. In the past they've done hospitals and refugee families. This year it was refugee families. It was fun to be apart of and help out a little bit and it opened a great conversation with the kids on the way home. 

Mystic Hot Springs

 Last week I went on a day long adventure with some good friends. (moms gone wild!) It was a late birthday trip for my friend Giannina because she's always wanted to go. It turned out to be the perfect day! It was over two hours drive down filled with good conversations and then a couple hours soaking in the hot springs and then some food at the only joint in town. haha The drive back was good too and on back roads that were beautiful. The sun was shining all day and it was bliss!

Someone spilt their soda all over the car so we had an adventure before even leaving town haha

Once we got there it was fun to explore the random place

The hot springs! 

These girls were painting and listening to hippy music. It felt all very authentic haha 

You can pay to spend the night in one of these buses... would you do it? 

I talked with a local woman and she told me about the other secret hot springs that is free. I wish we had had time to sit in it but we only had time to stop and check it out. 

We ended the adventure by eating at the only open joint in town
