Back to School!

 And just like that, summer break is done! 

We did some clothes shopping at the mall

And had a fun dinner the night before school started

First day of school and fun new backpacks! 

And for fun, second day of school ;)

Also, funny thing..... here are the backpacks from the end of school last year and they are still on the laundry room counter needing to be cleaned out 🙈 And if THAT doesn't sum up and symbolize so much of my life, I don't know what does haha 

Lagoon

 One of the last days before school started we went to Lagoon! We had a great day, but it did end up raining and there was lighting and thunder so most rides shut down. We debated what to do but decided to buy some ponchos and stick it out. And we were rewarded! A couple hours later the storm passed and everything opened back up and most people had left so there were no lines! The kids got to go on all the rides they hoped to and it was so fun. We also ended up there the same day as some friends so it was fun to be with them for most of the day as well.
