Prom

 One of my friends/neighbor decided to throw an adult prom! We just had it in the church gym haha The theme was "black and white" and there were even prizes for prom queen and king and best dancer and stuff like that. It was SO MUCH FUN. I hadn't danced like that with friends since college, which was kind of a long time ago. It was fun to get dressed up too. Most people danced too (except a few men haha) and I just feel like maybe I live in the best neighborhood ever. It was a night to remember!

Also, the men had to ask us to  prom like the kids in high school do. Some men went all out for this and it was so funny. Buck stuck a bug and snake under the sheets to scare me and then on the other side of the bed I found this poster. haha

Sister's Weekend Getaway

For my sister in law's 30th birthday we went big and had a sister's night at the Grand America hotel. I've always wanted to stay there before but couldn't ever justify the price, ha. It was a lot of fun! We relaxed, ate good food, I sat in the hot tub and swam in the warm pool. A glorious weekend escape.

Preschool Graduation

 Rose graduated from preschool! She did so well at preschool and she's so excited for kindergarten! 

They had some photos done at school and I forgot they were happening so she was in a random outfit with a bun in her hair haha so I only paid for one of hers and then took extra on my own on her actually graduation day.

 The big day! She got to read a book to everyone and have a little saying in the program and sing a song with a couple friends. 

Johnny still has another year of preschool so he obviously didn't graduate yet, but his class still got to do a cute program as well. (because why not have a reason to see the kids be cute and funny?)  Also, he was wearing a better outfit for picture day so I ended up getting all his photos. 😅 I don't know, it's just how things happened. haha Anyway.  He got to say the Pledge of Allegiance and he got to sing a little song, dressed as a cook. 😆 The girl sitting next to him was NOT a happy girl haha and was killing his energy a bit but it was cute and funny.
