We've started back up with our neighborhood service kids' group, Kids Who Care! For the first activity we did a walk-a-thon to raise money for an orphanage in China where our neighbors have adopted a boy, but he is still there since everything has been locked down from Covid still. This day was actually his birthday too so this event made that extra special. Our families were very kind in their money pledges and June and Hazel did great on their laps- Hazel especially surprised me with how much she actually ran instead of walking! After wards the kids got good luck coins and Chinese temporary tattoos.
