For the lake official "summer break hike" we went to Albion Basin during the famous wild flower peak! The flowers were indeed amazing and what's more is that there were humming birds, hundreds of them, everywhere! The hike itself if not that great and you're walking near ski lifts and buildings so it's not my favorite.... it goes from one parking lot to another so we ended up combining and going on to another hike to Cecret Lake, so that was nice to do as well. It's a beautiful area, just too bad it's a big ski resort... But glad we did it for the flowers!
