| June's New Years Eve party outfit! |
Just a couple days before Buck's parents had to leave, my parents came down. So we spend our New Year's Eve festivities with them and my other relatives. It was perfect! We started out the night by eating dinner at our house. Everyone had Chinese food, except Buck, his sister, her friend, and me. We had crab legs and sushi and shrimp! (Pretty sure crab legs are my favorite food)
After that we all went to a deserted shore off Utah Lake and set off sky lanterns! It was amazing and we have some left over! I also decided that we will start a tradition with our kids that on their birthdays they will get to set off how ever many lanterns as age they are turning. (that was the best I could word that sentence for some reason.)

After that we all went to my aunt and uncle's house ad played the Wii and other games and then watched the ball drop- at which point we pulled our party poppers, drank cider, and everyone went nuts. Happy 2012.

I was JUST going to say that she looks embarrassed by your dress... ;-)
Cute!!! Love the pics! June is getting so big
Wow! Even if I was a billionaire, I don't think I could justify $5000 for one night! I would really like to see that suite...it must be VERY nice!
.....can I borrow that dress?
Love the lantern idea. I am living my new years eve through you... We were in bed by ten I think. Oh newborns :)
