Year Review for 2025!

It was a full year! Even if somethings didn't look the way I would have maybe wanted them to, looking back I see, as always, how amazing it all was! 

Some big milestones:

Winta and Haben got their American citizenship!

And we finalized Winta's adoption 

And Baby Deborah was born October 24th!

Rose got baptized 

Some Anna things:

I turned 40 and had my party and got to sing with a big band! 

Got to record in a studio with the Larks 

And I got to perform in a show called Aca-con and The Big Band Tribute show

I still got out on hikes

I tried a few cold plunges to get past my cold fears 

I learned about sailing

And did a couple events with Your Light International

I spontaneously got a second ear piercing 

And I got my little job at the library!

I got hired for some fun photography jobs

Some big moments for the kids:

Rose and Johnny did the school play. And Rose got the lead role of Cruella Deville

June did the school plays and got Second place at the Shakespeare competition for her monologue!

Hazel won the school Coding contest!

June went on the church pioneer trek

The kids still had Horse lessons (but then we had to quit in the spring)

Johnny did basketball, flag football, and rock climbing.

Rose tried Irish dance, and hip hop.

And Hazel stayed in Irish dance and did tech for a school play

Rose and Hazel did some art classes.

And they both did the school choir. 

June also got to join the cheerleading team at her school

Some plays and concerts of the year:

Buck and I took Hazel and June to Les Miserables! 

Rose got to go to the Benson Boone concert

Buck and I went to Nate Bargatze 

I took Hazel and June to the Phantom of the opera

And Johnny to the Willy Wonka play

 We did a family date to see the play Frozen

And the kids all got to go to the Dude perfect show

I got to go to the Pentatonix concert

And we got to see some Northern lights! We actually could see them with the naked eye too! 

Some fun outings and adventures:

We got to swim in the Crater and go to a Chocolate factory.

The kids got henna tattoos. 

We saw a Laser show

and went to a fun culture festival 

We did a few hikes

We went to the local carnival 

and Scottish festival 

We got to ride on a Gondola at snow bird up to 11,000ft elevation and experience Octoberfest

We went on a church faith walk

And got to see great horned owls in our neighborhood 

We went to the symphony

And my cousin IZAK's concert

We did some Kayaking

and Top golf

And the three younger finally tried sushi for the first time

Our travels:

Moab

Bear Lake

Canada

Glacier National Park 

Lava Hot springs

And we got Lagoon season passes

Newest Pet: 

Goose

And some Dates for Buck and me:

We went to a lot of plays, temple dates, restaurants and did palm reading and explored Cedar Breaks, went to a hockey game, and watched Pirates of the Caribbean with the symphony playing the music!
