We had the best labor day with the kids! We scrounged up some cash and got tickets for the summer activities up Little Cottonwood canyon at Snowbird ski resort. We got to go on the alpine coaster and slide. We got to ride a ski lift. Jump on trampolines and rock climb. June and Rose did this vertical wall drop thing.
But the main highlight was riding the tram up to 11,000 ft to the tippy top of the mountain where they have a restaurant. We ate lunch there and the kids loved it and the view was so cool. Hazel could not believe it and kept saying "I can't believe I got to eat a salad at 11,000 feet elevation!"
We also didn't realize that it was the big Octoberfest festival going on there so we stayed and got a pretzel and cheese and watched some performers and I got Rose to dance with me. Fun times!
It was honestly the best day and I have zero regrets losing all my pocket change for this. ;)
