Adams Canyon

I went on a therapeutic hike to a beautiful frozen waterfall! There were pine trees, snow, and a creek we hiked alongside of that was frozen on top but you could see and hear the water babbling through under the thin layer of glass like ice. The waterfall was bigger than I thought it would be and it was just the perfect amount of frozen and thawed with castle like icicles surrounded by the powerful waterfall. It started to snow quite a lot half way through the hike, which made for some added magic. Thankfully we were on a hike with very low avalanche danger.

However, the drive home in the snow storm, that everyone in Utah decided to join in on, was more dodgy. Traffic was horrible and what should have taken us an hour to get home took us about three hours! But all's well that ends well and we made it home safe! And now I can say that the hike was still worth it. :)
