Last weekend we went sledding with some friends. There was some drama from our kids getting there but once we were all there we had the best time! The mountains were so beautiful and healing. The sun ended up coming out from the clouds and everything glittered. The kids all loved going down the hills but also spent half their time exploring the area, some parts the snow going up to our waists! It made me wonder if I could actually like winter sometimes.
Afterwards we went to a diner and had some dinner and hot chocolate. A perfect winter day. (aside from the occasional kid drama.... 😉)
