This past Friday night Buck took June on a special Daddy-daughter date. They went to a princess ball! It's put on by a company that rents out princesses and pirates for birthday parties and such.
So we got June all gussied up. We curled her hair and then she chose to wear her Sleeping Beauty dress.

I told Buck he HAD to take photos of the night and he did a great job! So the following ones are from him. (so no, I did not follow them around on their date.)
The ball was a little north of Salt Lake City. Buck's date passed out before the night even started.
But once they were there June was ready to party with the princesses.
There was a little dessert bar of cup cakes and ice cream.

There was tons of dancing.
And a horse drawn carriage ride!
They even had someone there making sketches.
From the looks of it, it seems like it was a date that will be hard to top anytime soon. I'm glad that they were able to go! Maybe this will need to be an annual date.

OH My! That is so fun and I'm super impressed with Buck documenting the night.
So magical! What a good daddy!
So fun! I love her little cape :)
And that sketch! And the carriage! And all the princesses!
Also, Georgia and Scott wen to their little daddy-daughter ball (not nearly as epic as this), the only thing Georgia had to say about it was "I danced and ate A LOT of brownies." Seems like with those cupcakes, Georgia and June are the same :)
How do you find out about all these cool things?
