I just can't help myself. He is my little best friend that keeps me company all day. I don't care what you people think about cats- my cat is a savage and I love him. He follows me around all day, he always has to be near me. And... he continues to be found in the strangest places. He's easy to entertain as well- his favorite toy is, after all, the milk jug lid.

But here's the thing. He is only SEVEN months old. And he is already the size of a full grown normal cat. Cats don't reach their full size until they are over a year old. So what does this mean for us and this beast?
I'll tell you, you who cares about my cat, looks like we somehow managed to pick up a
MAINE COON cat from the pound. He was so
little then though!

| At two months |
Maine coon cats can get up to 15-25 pounds and seeing as Miso is already 10 pounds... I think we are in for a big one. Plus, he is already at the height and length of a female Maine coon, so he will be a big male. It's not that he's fat... it's that he is a large and muscley cat with a big bone structure and long fur.
Stay tuned. He is just beginning.
A little p.s. to this whole thing is that Maine coon cats are the state cat of Maine.(since when do states have an official cat?) ("They do when it's a cat this big." says Buck) They have bushy tails like a raccoon and manes like a lion. They are the largest known breed of domestic cats.
And we own one.
