Happy St. Patrick's Day!

We had a fun holiday! We celebrated most of it a few days early because my parents were in town, and Rose was going to be gone for the real day AND it was the day of the St Patricks day parade so it just all fell into place.

Of course I decorated.

The parade was a good time, it always is! The most random paraders and the energy levels are high from the spectators. Hazel had a hurt foot so she sat in the truck with that carried a trailer of Irish dancers from her new studio, Harp.

We got some Irish food from the food truck! Corned beef and cabbage, bangers and mash, and Shepards pie.

He was mad because he didn't like the food.

This year Hazel didn't get to dance afterwards. And not because of her hurt foot, but with the new studio they only have their more advanced dancers perform here. But we still had fun checking things out.

And found this super green area in the parking garage haha

Back home it was time to celebrate more! We had Shepards pie, rainbow fruit and rainbow jello and artisan bread.

On actual St. Patrick's day I did make a green dinner for those in attendance. I did an avocado smoothie, lime-aide, rainbow pasta with green alfredo sauce, cucumbers, peas, broccoli, kiwi and grapes.

The end
