For spring break we visited Texas to see my old best friend, Mandy, and her family, to visit a new place, and to see the solar eclipse. I tried to consolidate my posts the best I could, since we were gone for 10 days, haha so I put some random bits and pieces in here to get started.
First, Mandy has a nail salon in her house and did all of our nails!

We got to go on a beautiful nature walk by Mandy's friend's house.
Then the kids ended up swimming in their swimming pool in their clothes! haha
We also went to the mall and saw some cops on a horse checking on an opossum that was hiding under a parked car. so random

Spent a lot of night staying up too late talking with Mandy.

And we all played dungeons and dragons for the first time.....
We went swimming on another day, this time in suits.
Went shopping at some cute boutiques
One day we had dinner with my aunt and uncle who live in Houston. Fun fact: I have another two sets of aunts and uncles who live in other cities in Texas.
Saying good bye after the best week adventuring together! Wish we could be neighbors.

Last random thing- we stopped at Buc-ee's, which is famous there. It's like a gas station had a baby with Walmart with barbecue grandparents.
