October was busy! But what month isn't? 😛
Here are some Halloween drawings that Hazel did that I love.
We got to go to a mission reunion! We haven't been to one of those in like 15 years so that was fun. It was for all missionaries ever from the mission but of course there weren't many from our time since we were so long ago but it was still great to see some familiar faces. And it's still so great to me that Buck and I have the same reunion. ;)
The kids found a butterfly that couldn't fly for some reason so we took care of it for a few days. It was cool to watch it eat nectar.
Also had a pet woolley bear caterpillar as a pet for a few days. Johnny especially loved that thing.
I'm going to make a separate post about this but I got to be the keynote speaker at a fundraiser gala! Which was crazy and a bit intimidating haha but it went well!
Haben came to stay with us for a week since her husband is a truck driver and she and we didn't want her to be alone with a newborn. It was a crazy time having a newborn in the house! But The kids and us love Alonab so much!
Buck and I even took him one night to give Haben a night of rest. That brought back a lot of memories. haha
My sister also had a newborn recently and had sent this to our family chat and I was able to relate. SO CRAZY. Life is weird.
Karaoke night with my new friends from that singing group I recently joined! Well, we were missing six other women but it was fun!
Hale Center Theater play! It was a funny one!
Someone in our neighborhood had skeletons out and changed them around every day! Here are a few photos of what they did! So funny! Way better than an elf on the shelf, right? ;)
Lastly, June looks like she's starting out young. But after how busy life always is, maybe she's onto something. (it's obviously juice 😉)

I made the monthly recap!! It's been awhile since I have! Haha! So many things happened in October. I want to hear about the key note speaker thing tonight. You mentioned it that day I came over and "got real." Ha ha! Lots of fun happenings for Halloween and with friends. Also, you know I have to comment on Erin's flowers. So pretty!
