Boise Vacay

Yes. "Vacay" because I'm running out of titles. I'm not a clever title person. But let's move past this okay?

Because we finally got to visit my family and Boise for Labor Day weekend! We haven't been all summer and we've been wanting to. June especially has been requesting to go for a few months. I kept having to tell her "No, still three more weeks!" "One week!" "Three days!" Every morning should would wake up and ask me, "Is it Friday yet?" It was like Christmas when I was finally able to say "Yes!"  

The girls did their best ever on the car ride there. 

We did take a pit stop in the booming town of Burley, Idaho and went to throw rocks into the river and run around.

Bet you didn't know that I could take so many photos at a pit stop.

And now for all the random photos from the weekend. No trip to Boise would be complete without trampoline photos.

Hazel discovered that she could see things underneath the tramp and then went and looked at every spot possible.

The girls loved picking treats from the garden.

June got to go for a ride in my dad's little car and she was so happy about it. It's his "Hakuna Miata"

Tried to find a dress for a friend's wedding I was going to since I forgot my dress, but it was chilly out and all I wanted was comfy clohtes and kept finding those to try on.

Once it warmed up we went swimming!

And Hazel loved the slide. June wont go near the thing.

One reason we went was to go to my friend's wedding. We've known each other since we were 7 years old! I took the PHOTOS.

And I forgot my dress so I had to scrounge in my old closet and I looked like a freaking librarian.

And then some marshmallow roasting! (and yes I'm using a lot of exclamation marks because, well,  Boise!) The fire was blue. It was kind of cool looking.

You guys that was all from Saturday. It was a full and wonderful day! Sunday was a lot calmer, in all the best ways. And Buck slept in.

Went to church and then had dinner at my sister's new house!

Hazel finally got to hold a real baby. Her face says it all.
