Lately

Hi. This post has been a long time coming. I've never been so all over the place or behind with my blogging and photos until this summer. That's because I don't know what I'm doing with two kids, but we're figuring things out. So some of these events I'm going to highlight are kind of from a while ago. But life has been crazy! In a good way. But crazy. I didn't know how much summery things we would actually do with a little baby but in the end we have done a lot! So yeah, crazy.

So this was the other month but Hazel found her feet! This is fun because June didn't care for her feet.

Look at this! LOOK! Cat and dog just lounging amongst Buck's shoes. I know I've talked about this before but I am just soo happy that we don't live in a divided house anymore.

I saw this one day and I can't stop chuckling about it.

June got her bangs trimmed again. I gave up on growing them out for now.

This could sum up most days

Last month we ventured out for the first time to the pool! Hazel slept most the time so we survived.

photo bombed by a very chesty woman!

Carrie came to town to visit! June and Georgia were thick as thieves

And Carrie and I had a girls night plus Hazel. It was filled with good conversation as always.

Hazel still sleeps in our room. If you were wondering... I've been too nervous to have the girls share a room but the day is soon coming...

Our garden has been taken over and now looks like Jurassic park. Summer time fail. At least the herbs and squash are growing. And the peas and maybe tomatoes. So maybe not a complete fail. This photo is not from the garden but might as well be.

June wears high heels now.

But potty training? Not so much. Some days we do great and others it's a lost cause. Something just isn't quite clicking in her mind about it and that's okay. But sometimes I feel like maybe it's my fault because I have NO IDEA WHAT I'M DOING. Is there a potty training nanny I can hire?!

We've been having rainy days lately like we're in Oregon or something.

We play dress ups a lot. A lot a lot.

We still go to the aquarium. It's fine because Hazel likes it now too.

Another swimming outing! It was good once Hazel fell asleep. She's not really an aquatic fan yet.

Snow cones are still a top priority. These particular ones were MASSIVE
We got a new grocery store down the road. To celebrate opening day they brought out the real deal

Hazel still falls asleep on me a lot.

And this is how I find June often times because of it . She's a good sport to play by herself.

Here's some cool things Erin has made for her nieces:

Look! I grew A flower!

Even Snow White has to mow the lawn.

And Cinderella can ride a tricycle now.

Sometimes I feel like a failure when I feed June junk food. Other times I feel awesome and get cheese balls

And other times I just feel like a pirate

And here are some behind the scenes photos from June's birthday photo shoots.

Always nursing

 And

The End

The picture of Hazel in the bassinet in your room gave me peace. A sleeping baby is perfection. Now I want another....Thanks. ha ha.

p.s. I want my husband to be able to take picture of me and Eli, maybe I can train him? Those are precious pictures you'll treasure forever.

We are at the same point in potty training.
We haven't had Oregon weather in a long time!
