And one of these adventures was the other week- we went to a lavender festival! Originally I was going to "run" a 5k with my bestie Carrie but the fee was a ridiculous amount of money. So we all went to the festival and called it good. And it was totally worth it! It was SO RANDOM. There was lavender, of course, that you could pick and take home- which we did (and got some birthday photos of June, as most of you observed in the birthday post.) But THEN there was a real jousting arena! And then there were tee-pees and a pow wow. And a little wild west town with a shoot out at 1:00. And then there was a fairy tent for breakfast...? And a "medieval" ride. Oh- and CAMELS. And a bluegrass band playing music. But nothing was quite as random as the gypsies lerking around corners holding real snakes! That is, of course, except for the WATER ZORBS. Yes, zorbs. And yes, we went in them... Oh it was random and lovely. Two things that normally go together.
Wild west town.
Um, jousting.
Gypsies! Snake!
The ride...
Native Americans
Renaissance town
June likes taking photos with her aunt...
But not so much with her mom...
Water Zorbs!
Carrie, me, and Buck- can you see Buck's face? haha
Rawr. haha
Carrie, Scott, and Georgia
My sister, Erin
And some lavender for you all.
Now, who wants to come over for some lavender lemonade? Or do you have any suggestions for what I should use my lot for? I got a bundle of it!

where do you find these things? I want to go Zorbing!
Zorbing looks super cool! I have wanted to go to this festival! Good for you because as June gets older and you have other ones you get busier and don't get to do these things as much anymore!
Sometimes I feel like if you didn't take photographs of all these outings I may not believe you. Haaa!
That is seriously the most random bunch of things all thrown together that I have ever seen! But it looks like fun.
