HAPPY 34th BIRTHDAY BUCK!

To celebrate such a fine day, here are 34 reasons why I like you, with 34 photos from this past year of your life. (photos not necessarily related to the reasons.) (yet photos are reasons in and of themselves. 😉)

#1- You put up with me

 #2- You always make me eggs and toast, whatever time of day or night it is

 #3- You're so excited about wood working and your new shop

 

 #4- You work so hard at your job and have excelled faster than most

 #5- You support me in all my many crazy ventures

 #6- For making our dream house a reality

 #7- For getting me to like playing games, and for playing my favorite ones with me

 #8- You're always up for wrestling with the girls after long days of work

 #9- On Sundays you really let me slack in the parenthood department and you take the reins

 #10- Everything you do and say, underneath it all is fueled by your love and trust in God

 #11- You carry my bag/purse for me when we're out and about

 #12- For tiling the new house

 #13- Your ability to remember everything about movies, books, and stories in general is fascinating to me

 #14- For the most part, you've always done most of the heavy lifting in taking care of the kids in the middle of the night (except for nursing because, well, obviously.)

#15-  Your obsession with making the most perfect chocolate chip cookies. And never quite getting it right.

 #16- You give me your opinions but then let me do what I want

 #17- You've done amazing things with our budget and finances and have set us up for success

 #18- you go on weird dates with me, even though you'd be happy with a simple dinner and movie outing

 #19- You let me splurge on clothes every now and then ;)

 #20- You truly know your girls. You have thought about and observed them and your insights about them are always spot on

 #21- You work hard adhering to my crazy need to have the dishes done asap

 #22- You're teaching our girls how to be brave, curious, and mindful of others

 #23- I love binge watching shows with you

 #24- You're crazy smart

 #25- You see your job as an opportunity to help raise others up and help them to succeed

 #26- You're prayerful

 #27- You made my sun room a reality

 #28- Your strong desire to create art

 #29- Your whole life, being, self revolves around your family

 #30- You are the guy that's strong, calm, and in control when everyone else around you is falling apart

 #31- Your handsome graying hair

 #32- You make so many last minute and late night runs to the grocery store for me

 #33- You are so gentle and kind with all of your girls, me included

#34- Despite all the crazy, busyness of life, you're still able to stop sometimes and be in the moment and let it all go

If anything, this list seems too short and not comprehensive enough! I took things off the top of my head as they came, but I hope this covered a wide variety of reasons why you are loved and liked and why the people who know you are so happy to be celebrating YOU and the fact that you were born.
