Hello! Welcome to the first day of Disneyland! For this post, I feel that the photos tell most of the story. It was a good, magical day and the kids did well and had fun over all!
June loved the big rides, Hazel did not, haha. She loved the characters and smaller rides though. Rose loved to be scared by the ghosts, pirates and witches, even though she'd cover her eyes. Johnny, well, he just wanted out of the stroller most of the time. ;)

She makes this face and refuses to move until I come pick her up. Just all of the sudden she'll change her mind and go into this mode. Often. haha
My parents wanted to take advantage of the girls' perfect ages and do something extra and magical for them so they treated them to the Bibbity Boppity Boutique where they give you a princess make over! Therefore, each girl picked a princess to dress as that day. I love that June picked Pocahontas and Hazel didn't want to be a princess at all so she settled on Tinker Bell. Rose was happy to wear any dress so we dressed her as little Briar Rose. (she was also too young to get a make over but my mom bought her a crown.)

The new Star Wars land of Galaxy's Edge was very cool! I loved all the details and theming, it truly feels like you're transported to a galaxy far away!

I'm all worn out too! I've been curious about the Star Wars land, that does look pretty cool, even if I'm not a huge Star Wars fan!
Truly magical first day. I mean not everything goes perfect with so many little kids but there were so many wonderful moments. Still sad every time I think about how sad Rose was when she didn’t get to do the makeover at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. Wish they weren’t quite so hard line on the age.
